As principal and co-founder of CSG Urban Partners, Ms. Goring Devaney is responsible for the firm’s overall operational management. Simone specializes in urban community revitalization projects, development finance, and deal structuring. Her diverse experience helps current and potential consulting clients to capitalize on the distinct opportunities to help them achieve their mission.

Simone has over two decades of experience in the fields of real estate development and finance. Prior to creating CSG Urban Partners, she served as Vice President of Real Estate Development with the National Capital Revitalization Corporation (NCRC) where she managed many of the District’s largest public-private real estate projects including over 1.5 million square feet of commercial space and 1,500 housing units. Prior to joining NCRC, she held leadership positions at Fannie Mae American Communities Fund (ACF) and the Bank of America Community Development Lending Group. In 2014, she was selected by the Washington Business Journal as one of the Minority Business Leaders in the industry.
